- Potato - 2 or 3
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Channa dhal - 1 tsp
- turmeric pdr - 1/4 tsp
- Red Chilli - 1 or 2
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
Masala Preparation :
Boil 2-3 Potatoes and then once it cools off peel off the potato skin. Crumble the potato to pieces such that the whole lot is not completely mashed.
In a pan, add oil + Mustard seeds + channa dhal + Onion (sliced lengthwise) + turmeric pdr + red chilli + lil water (depending upon the req consistency) + salt.
If in case u want a thicker masala then add 1 tbsp of cornflour or all purpose flour mixed with water to the masala at the final stage.
Garnish with Coriander leaves.
